Industrias Cerámicas Brancós, S. A., was founded in 1949 and since its beginnings it has been manufacturing ceramic flooring and wall-cladding.

The company is localed in la Bisbal d'Empordà, a twon with a long tradition in ceramics, situated in the North-east of Catalonia.

The factory has undergone progressive expansion and it currently has a floor area of 20.000m2 to develop its 2 product lines: Gres Bisbal and Acigres.

Industrias Cerámicas Brancos has always been committed to deliver high-quality products, through meticulous control of the raw materials it uses, and exhaustive monitoring of all the stages of production, combined with advanced industrial technology and respect for the environment.

Although the company is company is constantly evolving in its product desing, it has neves moved away from its rustic and traditional character.

All its product lines have a wide range of special pieces which combine craftsmanship with technology, and whitch can be used to resolve construction problems homogeneously.

Still a family-run business, the company gives the greatest prioritu to customer satisfaction, fosusing on high-quality products with 60 years experience under its belt and the ability to meet the increasingly rigorous requirements in the construction fields.


  • Gres Bisbal is extruded rustic stoneware (klinker) used for floor and all sufacing, complemented with a wide renge of special pieces that can be optionally decorated.

    Gres Bisbal is a totally natural product, and the product desing has developed in a rustic and traditional style, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere at home and in all ambients.

    A strict and constanly studied selction of clays with firing at 1350ºC gives the stoneware its highly resistant and unique texture.

    The wide range of special pieces maker it possible to cater for any construccion finish, conferring a distintive quality to every corner of the house.

  • Acigres, the "difinitive industrial flooring" is extruded stoneware designed for flooring and wall-cladding in industries. The selection of raw materials used and firing at 1270ºC provide it with the suitable technical characteristics for resisting heavy mechanical and chemical wear.

    The product line has all the special pieces required to meet quality, hygiene and safety standards in any industrial sector, especially in the food, gairy, canned foods, winw making and chemical industries, as well as all those wich involve handling of acids and alkalis.
